• This is dependent on your needs, we are a mobile training service and have the capacity to travel to train students

• This will depend on the distance, number of students and when the training is required

Travel costs will depend on distance and the number of students being taught

• If the trainer is coming to you, they will require a space to teach for practical assessments, ideally a TV or projector with a HDMI connection however if these are unavailable a wall will be suitable for our portable projector

• If you have a mobile phone we try to utilize digital assessments to reduce paper waste where possible however this is not a requirement.

• Some small treats, tea and coffee are provided, however you will need to bring morning tea and lunch if you are doing a full face to face course.

• When booking our public courses, you have options for delivery methods: Blended, Online with Face to Face Assessment, and Face to Face Training.

• Blended Training: Complete online learning before attending face-to-face training and assessment. Suitable for all learner types, offering a balance between duration and classroom-based learning.

• Online with Face to Face: Ideal for returning students confident in online learning. Theory delivered online, followed by a short face-to-face practical assessment. Reliable computer and internet access required.

• Face to Face Training: All training and assessment delivered in person, offering maximum interaction with the trainer.

• Refresher Training: For students with current certificates, same face-to-face component as blended training, without pre-course work.

Certificates are typically issued within 72 hours after completing training, with some courses providing same-day electronic issuance. Urgent requests can be discussed with the trainer for prioritization.

Completion of pre-course work is crucial for content understanding and certificate issuance. Failure to complete it may hinder your learning experience and certification eligibility.

We strive to accommodate flexibility, but cancellations within 7 days of booking may result in forfeiting the entire fee. Contact us early to explore rebooking options.
